Dr. Sugden was born in Rochester NY and grew up in the Pacific Northwest. She graduated from the Pacific Lutheran University with a B.S. in Chemistry.

She earned her Doctorate Degree in Naturopathic Medicine at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Dr. Sugden currently lives in Portland with her husband and daughter.

Her practice is located in SW Portland and welcomes patients of any age, race, orientation, gender and condition.
