I strive to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for all who enter
through my doors to heal. To help provide this I respectfully ask that you
refrain from wearing strong smelling perfumes or body lotions to your
appointment as some of my patients have severe chemical sensitivities.

My office is open Mon and Thurs 9:30-6, and Tues, Wed, Friday from
8:30-2. Most first patient visits take 1 1/2 hours and follow ups range
from 1/2 hour to 1 hour. We hold these times exclusively for you and
would ask that you please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to
change or cancel your appointment.

Forms of payment I currently accept are check or cash. Please be prepared
to pay for your visit or co-pay in full at the time of service unless you have
made prior arrangements with my office.

I am on most insurance plans, and do bill for insurance. Please contact
my office about your particular plan and we would be happy to check
eligibility for you.
